Adams County Medical
Foundation Scholarship
The Adams County Medical Foundation awards two $1,000 scholarships annually to Adams or Brown County residents enrolled in a regionally accredited institution of higher education pursuing a career in a health care profession.
Unlike the Foundation’s memorial scholarships which are funded by individual families, this scholarship is funded directly by the Adams County Medical Foundation through community donations and fundraising events. It represents the Foundation’s core commitment to developing a strong local healthcare workforce.
The scholarship can be applied towards tuition, textbooks, and other college fees. Both current college students and graduating high school seniors pursuing healthcare careers are eligible to apply.
Adams or Brown County
Applicant must be a resident of Adams County or Brown County, Ohio.
Accredited Institution
Must be enrolled in a regionally accredited institution of higher education.
Healthcare Career
Must be pursuing a career in a health care profession (nursing, pre-med, therapy, etc.).
The Adams County Medical Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) public charity organization founded in 2005. The Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of local community leaders, business owners, and health care professionals. Our mission is to provide support to the Adams County Regional Medical Center and community-based health-related endeavors.
Note: Two $1,000 scholarships are awarded annually to Adams or Brown County students pursuing healthcare careers.
