Increase Fundraising Efforts
- Pursue GE Community Service Fund organization approval
- Develop alternative gala donation options
- Recruit increased high-level gala sponsors
- Grow ACRMC employee giving participation

Expand the Moore's Road Property Development
- Label and price all available lots
- Create a property map with each lot layout, size, and price
- Erect large marketing signs at both road entrances

Increase Marketing & Outreach in Adams and Brown Counties
- Website overhaul with current information and contacts
- Educate ACRMC staff on program initiatives
- Create educational flyers for all ACRMC facilities
- Establish a Chamber of Commerce presence in both counties
- Continue awareness for support groups, health fairs, and grant work
- Designate a point of contact at the hospital for mammograms

Expand the Annual Scholarship Awards
- Explore a new scholarship funded by past recipients and/or split with the Medical Foundation
- Celebrate 10-year anniversaries: Ashley (2027), Stevens (2028), Mathias (2029)
- Invite past recipients to the Annual Gala for recognition during the event

Develop a New Men's Health Education & Awareness Program
- Partner with The Urology Group (Dr. Lawley) for specific screenings at the annual ACRMC Health Fair
- Create educational flyers on prostate testing and testosterone level screening for ACRMC facilities
- Raise mental health awareness for men through PSAs, radio shows, gala, newsletters, website, and ACRMC employee education
