2025 Scholarship Recipients Honored at Annual Luncheon

April 4, 2025 — The Adams County Medical Foundation hosted their annual scholarship luncheon, awarding a total of $11,000 in scholarships to seven outstanding students pursuing careers in healthcare.

About the Awards

The Foundation awarded six $1,000 scholarships and one $5,000 scholarship to deserving students across Adams County. The Esther Moore Chandler Scholarship, valued at $5,000, is uniquely designed to support a student throughout their entire college pathway rather than as a one-time gift.

2025 Scholarship Recipients

Molly Fuller

Esther Moore Chandler Scholarship - Molly Fuller

Molly is a student at Ohio University and plans to graduate with a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Molly will receive this scholarship annually until she completes her studies.

Alyssa Mays

Rural Health Collaborative Scholarship - Alyssa Mays

Alyssa is currently attending Marietta College and is pursuing a PhD in Biomedical Sciences.

Kiersten Spires

Adams County Medical Foundation Scholarship - Kiersten Spires

Kiersten is currently attending Ohio State University and plans to become a Doctor of Audiology.

Jacey Farley

Adams County Medical Foundation Scholarship - Jacey Farley

Jacey is a senior at Manchester High School and will be attending Shawnee State University to pursue a career in radiologic technology.

Braxlynn McClanahan

Ashley Scholarship - Braxlynn McClanahan

Braxlynn is currently a pharmacy graduate student at Cedarville University.

Kirsten Campbell

Stevens Scholarship - Kirsten Campbell

Kirsten is attending Wright State University to obtain her bachelor's degree in nursing.

Olivia Lewis

Mathias Scholarship - Olivia Lewis

Olivia is a student at West Union High School and plans to pursue a degree in nursing.
